MPHS WT & MT will open their summer play in Ridgeland, MS on the campus of Holmes CC

The Moss Point High School Women’s Soccer Team (MPHSWT) and Men’s Soccer Team (MPHSMT) are all set to kick off their summer play with matches on the road in Ridgeland, MS, at Holmes Community College. The women’s team will take the field first on June 10th, followed by the men’s team on June 11th. Women’s Head Coach Cyruss Redd is optimistic yet firm, stating, “This is our moment to set the tone for the season. We’ve trained hard, and now it’s time to show our mettle. Remember, every play counts, and we need to bring our best game to the field.” His leadership continues to inspire and challenge the team to elevate their performance.

On the men's side, Head Coach Jeramey Anderson is equally confident in his squad's abilities. He remarked, “We’ve laid a solid foundation during our training sessions, and now it’s time to execute. Our first game is crucial, not just for the win, but to establish our rhythm and teamwork for the rest of the season. Stay focused, play smart, and trust in each other’s abilities.”

Both coaches are clearly passionate about their teams’ potential and are setting high expectations as they embark on this summer journey. With such dedicated leadership and a strong sense of team spirit, the MPHSWT and MPHSMT are ready to make waves on the field and aim for a triumphant start to their summer campaigns.
